Kellie Jepsen is the Principal for Belvedere British School, Abu Dhabi. She handles all aspects of running of the school. She was inspired to go into the education field by role models that she was surrounded by. The school has been open for four years and has 800 students and 125 staff. Kellie received her Diploma of Teaching from Dunedin College of Education and a second Bachelor of Education from the University of Otago. Kellie is proud of being able to progress the school from a new school to a an increasingly successful school. In the future she looks to have Principalship of several schools. Kellie has gained accreditation for the school as a member of the British Schools of the Middle East and British Schools Overseas.
