Joaquin Charles de Monet is the Managing Principal for Palisades Capital Realty Advisors. He started this company in 2013, and has worked within the industry for over 25 years. The company is a boutique investment management company that focuses on office properties. Joaquin speaks at real estate conferences 2-3 times a year. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Real Estate from USC in 1986.
