Tired of having to manage or work in organizations whose center of gravity is “Trust your Neighbors but Brand your Stock”? Dominant narratives about business, such as “they see what they want to believe,” must be rewritten. If you do not like something change it. Dr. Rogers is Founder/CEO of Insights without Borders (IWB) LLC, a management consultancy firm with a boutique approach for achieving agility, adaptability, and flourishing in our global village. IWB transforms business narratives from “merely interesting” to “truly world-changing.” IWBs passion is to partner with clients to create sustainable organizations that put people first, and build authentic human-centric places to work. Creating value for their clients and organizations, first depends on helping them see the value in themselves: Brilliance lies within all of their stakeholders. Mindshare matters more often than market share. IWBs professionals and client-centered unique high-performance teams collaborate with clients to discover insights without borders, and develop the courage to act on them. IWBs scope of services includes: ■ Demand planning and capability. ■ Process and human performance improvement. ■ Leadership development, executive coaching, and stakeholder mentoring. ■ Management of change (MoC). ■ Rebooting the mind through mental athletics. Work with clients on authentic change looks, feels, breathes, and sounds different every single time. IWB always strives for vested relationships over contract negotiations. Dr. Rogers received his Bachelor of Education, with a Major in English Literature from the University of Toledo; Master of Science in Instructional Systems Design/Instructional Design from the University of Oregon; a Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology and a Psychology Doctorate (Psy.D.) in Clinical Psychology from the Illinois School of Professional Psychology (now Argosy University). In his free time, he enjoys skiing, surfing, reading, symphony, abstract art, and skills-based volunteering, including coaching in youth sports leagues.
