Bill has been with Avison Young real estate for 30 years where his expertise lies in the area of office leasing. As such he leads a team of 3 in dealing with major businesses and Fortune 500 companies. Bill is a member of many associations involving his profession such as the Urban Development Institute, the real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver as well as NAIOP (National Association of Industrial and Office Properties) and SIOR (Specialist of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors) to name a few. He received his bachelor’s degree in business administration/recreation administration from the University of Alberta in 1977. Bill's hard work, honesty and ethical practices have consistently placed him in the top of his field, having won awards for his performance in each company where he has worked. These character traits are traits that Bill credits for his success. He enjoys sports, particularly playing ice hockey and golf, and likes to spend time at his home in Arizona. In addition, Bill is happy to support the United Way of Greater Vancouver.
