He is well known to be a leader in the Glass Industry and has been awarded three degrees in Glass Technology from the University of Sheffield of the United Kingdom . He has worked in the United Kingdom, Australia and the United States of America. He has Patent's awarded to him in the U.S.A and has several pending. He has extensive training and research in the field, as well twenty years operational experience. He is currently the Principal at Howse Glass Containers Consulting.
