Francisco is the Chief Information Officer at Guardian Compliance and Seal Tech, focusing on environmental compliance in the oil and energy industry. Guardian is the result of 2 large environmental compliance companies merging in 2011. They have now become one of the largest in North America. Francisco works alongside senior management to organize and create core strategies. He is guiding his team towards developing and working towards a Cloud based system as well as creating a new financial system. Francisco has always been a businessman at heart with a curiosity of the technological applications possible. He believes that success is achieved through passion, conviction, hard work; honesty and keeping an open mind to new possibilities. Francisco puts a strong emphasis on having a balanced life; which is made evident by his time with his wife and 2 daughters. He also hopes to someday own a wine business featuring Pisco, a light colored brandy.
