Steve A. Horn, BA, BLS, Dip. L.D., worked for the Yukon Government for 20 years as Chief Legislative Counsel & Senior Legislative Counsel demonstrating expertise in drafting over 100 pieces of legislation. Steven is a master of writing land legislation and enjoyed working on projects as a deputy registrar of land titles. He wrote considerable legal opinions, informed cabinet and government departments and designed and prepared a large number of enactments. Beside drafting and writing legislation, Steven is a published author, most notably, of "The Courtwatchers Handbook." He was appointed Justice of the Peace by the Yukon government and he served as Secretary of the Board of YKNet, the Yukon's first non-profit internet service provider. On his spare time, Steven enjoys land planning, playing bridge and gardening.
